Office of Public Health and Environmental Hazards

 
 Neil S. Otchin, M.D.

Dr. Otchin graduated from the University of Florida and received his M.D. degree from Duke University.  He completed an internship and first year residency in medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and second year residency in medicine at Georgetown University, which included rotations at the affiliated VA Medical Centers.  He also served as a clinical associate at the National Institutes of Health and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

After two years in private practice in Washington, D.C., Dr. Otchin joined the VA Central Office in 1974 and held several positions on the Medical Service before accepting a position in the Office of Public Health and Environmental Hazards in 1994.
